I want to sell my home ASAP in the city of San Bernardino.What companies buy homes for what you owe?

I owe about 366,000.00 and would like to just walk away from the house I dont want anything at all. Maybe if someone wants to just take over the payment if they qualify for a loan. Home was built in 2006 1600 square footage and lot size is about 8000. 3bedroom 2.5 bath.
