Does City Financial gives small loan like $250 or less? (I need loan to build my credit)?
December 2nd, 2010I just got a secured credit card like a few months now, so I do have a credit score.
I want to get a small loan from city financial only. Can I go apply in person? Have anyone ever got a loan from CityF? I want something not over 0. Thanks!
